Hi Elizabeth, there was a really good webinar all about the New Learning Experience earlier today called "ILX Success: Rollout Strategies to Ensure a Successful Learning Launch". It was recorded so hopefully a link will be posted to the community at some point as it was really informative.
Delegation will be supported from the 2H 2024 release, and I'm 99% sure they said Optional Surveys will be visible on the homepage with the 1H 2025 release - I didn't note anything down about surveys but I'm pretty sure it's the release after next, rather than the upcoming one. Certainly no later than 1H 2025 anyway.
