Dear team,
Soon we will have a SAP SF system downtime during more than 1 month, due to EC implementation, where our LMS system will be also affected.
Therefore, we have some questions we would like to clarify regarding what we can expected from system behavior during and after this downtime:
- For optional surveys, currently they are not visible in the new ILX (new Learning Experience) and only in the legacy, but they are planned to be part of H1 2025 release - in case we have users completing trainings meantime, but before the release period - will optional surveys being triggered for those users, even not displayed? Or they will only start being triggered and displayed after the H1 2025 release?
- And about already existing optional surveys displayed on users" learning page on legacy version - will they appear automatically in the new Learning homepage after the H1 2025 release?
- For training effectiveness surveys, that are being triggered for managers 90 days after direct reports" training completion - e.g. training completion by Jan 1, 2025 --> effectiveness survey triggered April 1, 2025), since our APM jobs will be disabled during the referred system downtime:
- Once system is back again and corresponding APM job is enabled, will these training effectiveness survey notifications still being triggered to the managers? Is this 90 days period still counting meantime or is it stopping? If stopping, will it be reactivated after the downtime or is it completely stopped?
- If notifications will be sent, will they be all triggered once? Is the system able to handle a high volume of notifications?
- If notifications will be sent, which will be the manager took in account to assign the survey, in case of manager change meantime - the manager on the training completion day (1st January) or the manager on the survey assignment date (1st April)
