Operator Alert Triggering and CIT creation

Hi experts!
On a consumption processing, I am trying to use the operator Alert Triggering (to send a message to the sender (CPI)), and to create the CIT in CI.
It's not working... The CITs are arriving on CI without some informations like Contract Account and Consumption date, rising a error.
However, the Counters in CC were updated perfectly.
Is there a way to fix it, or it's not possible to have CIT in CI when using Alert Triggering ??

Hi Eduardo,

From your explanation, I gather that the rating operation in CC completes successfully (otherwise, the counters wouldn't be updated, and you'd get an error somewhere).
One way of diagnosing this issue would be to add the problematic fields in the user alerts. If the expected values make it to your notification's recipient, then it means that the fields are properly computed by the pricing logic.
In that case, you'll have to focus on the item mapping, in order to understand why the values are computed but not sent with the item.

Additionally (also within CC), you may enable the "CIF" debug traces in the bulkloader and the rater (and also the "JCO" debug traces for the bulkloader, if you want).
The "CIF" traces will show the items that are generated by CC (and therefore expected to be sent to CI afterwards).
The "JCO" traces show what CC actually sends to CI over the JCo RFC interface (which will normally reflect exactly the contents of the CIF traces).

Before use the trace we requested the files from the folders INVALID and COM_EXCEPTION, and it's possible to see that the informations below are empty:

default.userServiceIdentifier:string

default.serviceIdentifier:string

default.consumptionDate:date

default.contractId:string

Resending the same consumption, but not using the Alert Triggering on the charging, we have the CIT created.
