Open team requisitions - Dashboard

Hi all,

We are on EHP4 , E-recruiting , HCM on separate instances.

We copied production data recently to quality system .

After that we observed that test data in EREC system is overwritten by that from production.

As a result the TEST ID is over written by actual employee id.

since we are on an upgrade project we need to eventually perform testing in quality.

The super user is asking to have the same user id as previous one. As this is a two instance landscape, the PERNR is distributed through ALE from HCM system (quality).

In order to resolve the issue, I ran ALE from HCM to EREC in quality and was succesful in getting right test user id assigned to the employee no. in EREC quality system.

Now the problem is that when we login using this test id we have no requisitions in OPEN TEAM REQUISITIONS of the dash board.

Another employee with same security profile is able to see all the requisitions in this query.

Also both are in the same support team with same authorizations for a requisition.

Please let me know what is wrong here.

Hello Bharat,

open team requisitions is only displaying requisitions in status released in which the user is member of the support team in role recruiter but is not the lead recruiter (the recruiter displayed on the first tab in the requisition maintenance). requisitions in which the user is the lead recruiter are displayed in the my open requisitions.

So check if both users are not the lead recruiter and also make sure to refresh the dashboard as it is not always doing automatically.
