We have tried to set a runtime filter for a report. It seems to be working as designed: when the user clicks 'run' they have the option to input the data range as expected. However, when the report is run, the filter did not affect the data output. I have viewed 2456591 - ORD - runtime filter does not select target report value correctly - no filter is applied. We removed the runtime filter (from Edit > Manage Runtime Filters) and then reselected the same runtime filter again when editing the query. This did not correct the problem. Does the end user need to make some sort of adjustment at runtime?
Request clarification before answering.
