Online content problem - content is closed once user starts the content

I hope all is well!

I have a question regarding the online content; I am wondering if you also face the same problem and found a solution already.

An online item with online content is assigned to a user. User tried to open the content, however, it is blank at the beginning. So the user close the window tab and try to re-launch it again. However, when user try to launch the content again, system shows the content is completed and have moved to learning history.

Do you have similar problem? It is hard to re-produce the scenarios since not every users have the same problem. And reassignment is not always solved the problem.

Could you please help me here?

We are having the same issue.

User launches a course which is just a link to Veeva Vault. The page will not let them in because their SSO is not set up there. The course needs an esig, so it is still waiting for them.

They get SSO access and come back to the LMS to relaunch, but it is locked. We have to tell them to enter their PIN and re-launch it from their learning history.

Hi Brian,

Since some online course are required training, so I do not want to suggest the user to re-launch the content from the learning history. In this case, we cannot know if the user really consume or learn the e-learning content or not.

Does your e-learning course have a test or quiz included in the course? Are you using the quiz to make sure the course is consumed? or are you using the Quiz function in LMS to make sure that?
