OnInit Rules for Onboarding Pages

Hi All,

We are looking for an option to exempt Oninit rule for onboardee's, the business want to default the business email format and primary flag but this shouldn't be applicable for onboardees, we tried with permission group as well that didn't work for is there a way to overcome this issue.

Hi,

I would suggest to remove the permission for business email (employee data) for external users, onboardees.

Since we want to default the business email as primary flag the onboarding emails would be sent to mock business email which would be an issue for the Onboarding email.

Removing the permissions has not helped.
