Onetime Deduction Uploads

Hello all,

Need to ask you all advise on specific usecase

We have a process where by we have to upload onetime deduction by Non-HR user more than one location on regular basis.

Landscape : successfactors with a Backend ECC system, payroll on ECC and is processed on Payroll Control center.

We always had a minimal uploads to do so we sought LSMW however with this new deduction which encompasses multiple Non HR user it means multiple upload files which is not efficient.

I have seen Fiori lets users upload document which use a service to upload the file similarly do we have any SAP delivered service which we can resuse to upload IT 0015 to ECC?

My idea was if the Non HR users upload the file from Fiori , hopefully service will then point/send this data to CPI which then converts data in to IDOC's hoping this Idoc will be sent to ECC.

Let me know if you have any better way.
