Onboarding 2.0 System throwing an error while employee is accessing Onboarding tasks like welcome Note and Explore Onboarding journey from Home page

We are having the same issue. User could see it while they were still an onboardee but as of their first day being active in EC, the system is throwing an error. Thought it was a permission item as per KBA https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3244443 but that did not resolve the issue. Meetings are also not displaying under the onboarding journey
