How do we check and validate the error logs in Onboarding2.0 system as few of the error messages do not give any information like the user id or the reason on why that particular case failed in RCM-ONB ?
For example: Below error message is for one of the candidates in the business process.
Also, as per the guide the cases that fail during RCM and Onboarding integration would only show up in the Business process tile. I would like to understand on where can we check the cases that goes into error/fail during the Onboarding process as we neither have the visibility of those errors nor have the logs to troubleshoot those issues due to which we raise ticket to SAP . For example : A Rehire case has been initiated and the candidate disappeared from the dashboard as soon as the Rehire verification step is done.
Could someone please guide us on how to track these errors in Onboarding2.0.
