I am working on Onboarding 1.0, its a new implementaion.
we have EC and RCM.
Initially I am trying to go with the standard process for PHV ,NEW EMPLOYEE STEP AND Orientation step.
But I found the complete standard process in USA.
Any country specific process need to be done to avoid certain forms etc during the process or else any work around.
Secondly I have done integration mapping with EC,since no phv step has completed unable to check the result,also cant add new employee from EC.
Any possibility for pre requisities or need to do some changes in Provisioning or Super admin provisioning for Onboarding.
Any suggestions .

This is something that is taught in the certification training class! Please make sure you have taken that before moving forward with the implementation. The settings for the compliance features can be turned on/off in SuperAdmin.
