Onboarding | Username creation before Employee Data Collection

Hello,

we're trying to migrate from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding.

With ONB 1.0 we had the Manage Pending Hires step configured to be the first Onboarding step before the Employee Data Collection, because in MPH the username is created which doubles as personnell number that we need for contract creation.

This is because the contract should be sent to the Onboardee as soon as possible and so that business users are independent of the time the Onboardee needs to complete their data input.

Is there a possibility in Onboarding as well to have the username creation before the Employee Data Collection?

Or if not, a possibility to have the username creation be independent of the Onboardee input time?
