Onboarding Signature Forms Rule

Currently the Onboarding Signature Forms (Scenario: Assign Forms) only allows up to 10 forms to be added for signature.

My client has more than 10 forms for new hires to sign.

How do we add additional forms? I found a KBA that indicated we should just create another rule with the additional forms but when I have two rules with th Assign Forms scenario the signature process does not get triggered at all.

Any suggestions from the group?

Just checking if you were able to add more than 10 forms via 2 different Assign Forms Business Rules ?

I learned from one of our implementation consultants that the business rules allow only 10 forms to be added in one rule, but you can create multiple rules and manage more than 10 form templates.

Hi, is there any solution for this issue? I have to setup more than 10 forms but multiple business rules does not work. The signature step remains locked.
