Onboarding - Review New Hire Data - Assign Recruiter

Hi,

we trigger the Onboarding processes in Recruiting and would like to make sure that the Review New Hire Data step, the first step in Onboarding, will be assigned automatically to the recruiter. Does anyone of you know if this can be achieved and if yes - how?

Hi Adrian, have you tried using the dynamic group to define the responsible user for the data review and have the recruiter assigned, and then you can configure the business rule that routes the step to the created group- Assign a Responsible Group for Data Review (ResponsibleForNewHireDataReview).
