Onboarding Release - Enhancements to New Hire Onboarding Journey Checklist

We're testing the Onboarding Release - Enhancements to New Hire Onboarding Journey Checklist (OBX-28118) in Test proxied as a new hire and keep getting stuck at the same step. On the new hire's home page we see the "Complete your Tax Forms" tile but when we click on the tile, that task doesn't appear on the checklist and all task are showing as complete except for the Complete e-Signature task which is showing as locked and the new hire can't proceed. When we view the new hire's Onboarding Dashboard as a system admin, tasks are showing as complete, so there is no task pending an administrator in order for the new hire to proceed. Has anyone else encountered this issue with the new release? If so, how did you fix it? Thank you!

Hi,

Check the RBP Permission for the Onboardee as it required the RBP Permission
As standard it shows locked till the Step Process as per the order of Process Variant
But it still show Locked if Onboardee doesn't have necessary RBP Permission
