Onboarding question for the 2H 2025 Product Release Team re OBX-37837

Hi 

Feature OBX-37837 talks about an administrator being able to manage employer compliance tasks for country-specific forms. I cannot quite work out whether it means that an administrator can complete the e-signature step on behalf of the manager (or other step owner) whereas currently the only alternative to the manager doing it is to proxy as him or her.

@EVThomas this feature majorily introduced to handle employer section in compliance forms where details of onboardee which not captured part of NHDR/PDC step .(ex: Compensation,benefit insurance,country specific details..etc)

Below is flow :

1.Onboardee fill compliance tile .

2.Responsible user(as per configuration for employer) will complete compliance task for employer section from "To-Do"section

3.E-sign will trigger for onboardee.

4.Esign will trigger for employer.

Hope above flows clarifies your query and this feature introduced only for 3 below forms in this release:

• India Form 11
• Canada TD1-IN
• US WTPA forms
