Onboarding Processes

Hi All,

A client wants to have two onboarding processes: one with the Hiring Manager Activities and the other without the Hiring Manager Activities

¿I want to know if it is possible to have only one process and through conditions or some configuration define to which candidates applies o do not applies the Hiring Manager Activities?

Note:In both cases candidates go to onboarding through the same requisition.

Can someone please help me with this?

Hi Juan,

Hope you got the solution for ONB Hiring Manager Activities process issue.

Workaround - In the past, I had to create one dummy user id (hiring manager) and assign the new hire to dummy user id for whom the customer does not want the hiring manager activities.

Another workaround can be via API for OCI and with the business rule but it is more development and cost to the customer.
