Hello,
We are observing the issue that Onboarding process is stuck by the error in BPE when onboarding rehire verification is done and rehire with new employment is chosen. This is only related to the following scenario:
1) Onboarding process is cancelled,
2) Onboarding process is re-initiated with different e-mail ID,
3) Review New Hire Data and Personal Data Collection is completed,
4) Second Rehire Verification is triggered,
5) Cancelled onboardee profile is selected and rehire with new employment is chosen,
6) Then process is stuck in BPE - no error log in To-Do BPE tile.
Does anyone know what could be the root cause?
