Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks Assigned to all users in group along with people manager

The "Write farewell message and Announce Termination to Coworkers tasks" Write welcome message ONB/OFB Tasks are assigned to 198+ people for Onboardee/Offboardee, instead of people manager .We have configured People manager responsible group and manager role (dynamic) is assigned to this group.

During the check using the Check Tool, we identified that incorrect dynamic groups were being automatically assigned to the onboarding responsible groups. We resolved this issue by using the Quick Fix feature in the Check Tool to remove all incorrectly assigned dynamic groups. As a result, the onboarding and offboarding tasks are now correctly triggered for the appropriate ONB/OFB responsible groups.

Hi @Sang ,From the Admin Centre, navigate to Check Tool and select Application Onboarding. There, you’ll see that incorrect dynamic groups have been assigned to the Onboarding Responsible Group. You can use the Quick Fix feature within the Check Tool to remove all incorrectly assigned dynamic groups.
