Onboarding Email Templates editor is limited?

Hi,

Is it correct that the editor for the ONB 2.0 Email Templates is limited, these days?

I do no longer have the option to change the color of the font nor the font-size e.g.

Since when?

Are there ways (HTML?) to surpass this limitation? I would like to customize the template, if possible.

Hi Stefan,

Indeed, it is the case since a few months now.

What we do : copy your text in word document, then paste it in your email with formatting.

Disadvantage of this is that the formatting can be heavy in characters and that you easily reach the limit of the content of the email.

Hi Marie, thanks for your reply. I've already tried this solution (copy/paste from Word) and indeed I was faced with the problem of character limitation in the template. I was wondering if I was missing a possible solution. Kind regards
