Onboarding 2.0 with non -SF Applicant Tracking System

Hello We currently use ONB 1.0 with a non Success Factors Applicant Tracking system (ATS), via an interface. We will be moving to EC later this year and have been told we need to move to ONB 2.0 as a result. Will ONB 2.0 work with that non SF ATS? Or, would we need to implement SF Talent management and recruiting? Thank you, Monica

You can absolutely do a custom integration with a 3rd party ATS to Onboarding 2.0. This can be done through available APIs. The integration work can be scoped out for you in the process of building out your SOW.
