We're having continued problems where when an external user first receives their Onboarding Welcome E-mail, when they click the link to reset their password the user is directed down the company SSO route.
We are in continued dialogue with SAP and can sometimes find a route cause but mostly we cannot explain why it happens and we're having to do manual workarounds to resend the e-mail, reset password, re-send links, etc. This means poor user experience and impacts start dates.
Has anyone out there experienced similar issues and does anyone have any advice on resolving the issue, best practice for config?

Thanks for the tips. We have changed our token to use the one without username. HOwever, it seems our rehires continue to have issues. Should the token in the rehire email still be the one without the username???? Anyone else?

Hello Frank,
we found out that the problem is related to the [[Homepage]] token. This token does not work for the correct Successfactors Onboarding page and is automatically transferred to the SSO page.
We now used tokens ending with [[...withoutusername]] and that worked without any problems.
The next problem was that the username field on the successfactors onboarding page is case sensitive. If the username is not 100% correct as maintained in the system, it is also redirected to the SSO page.
