Onboarding 2.0 vs onboarding 1.0

Can someone who is using onboarding 2.0 ,let me know what pros and cons it has as compare to onboarding 1.0.

Is it good to move to onboarding 2.0?Please share your experience.

ONB 2.0 is a new different business process approach from ONB 1.0. ONB 2.0 engages the Onboardee in the same environment of SSFF that he/she has once will become employee, it is just a different permission role in the same system. Also, the process of ONB 2.0 is a module that is in the middle of recruiting and employee central meaning that uses/needs some configuration parts from recruiting (job requisition templates fields) and employee central configuration (i.e. bcui). Some steps of additional workpaper or e-signature can be skipped also in case there is no client requirement and some others are mandatory to the process.
