Onboarding 2,0 DEMO Instance not work as expected

Our onboarding 2.0 demo Instance is not working as expected. We triggered "initiate onboarding" tasks successfully, but there is no 'To DO' in Hiring Manager's TO-DO list, and no Onboarding Dashboard showed.

Would like to know, does anyone has encountered the same case? and how it could be solved?

Or there are pending configurations we will have to do before using onboarding 2.0 functions in the demo instance?

Hi Thuy Le Thu,

Please try the below:

1. Check any validation error in Business Process tile

2. Check Manage Home Page for whether onboarding dashboard is turned on

3. Run 2 cache refresh

- Update Process Flows for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0

- OData API Metadata Refresh And Export\

Hi Tak,

I had the same issue in our new Demo system, you need to check the confirguration and then it will work. I my case the onboarding Status was not mapped correctly. Furthermore business rules were not confirgured and rbp assignments were missing.

I want to use offboarding and this configuration has to done nearly in total by you own.
