Onboarding 1.0 Not Prompting for ID Information

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone else is having issues in Onboarding 1.0 as of this past week where the I-9 Verifier is not prompted to enter the ID details. It goes directly to DocuSign for their signature and section 2 is blank. Then the E-Verify case will not go through as the doc number and state are missing. I have a manual work around, but this is crazy.

I opened a ticket with SAP Support, but as usual, I feel like I'm pleading for a resolution or at least for them to push this up to Engineering or Product Management or someone who can look into why this is happening. Unacceptable.

UPDATE: The patch did NOT fix either of these issues. I am continuing to experience BOTH issues. I opened a high priority ticket as this is so ridiculous. SAP Product Management, Engineering, someone at SAP, needs to fix these issues already. It has been several months and these are compliance issues. I am not a happy customer.
