onboardee documents uploading

Can an onboardee update his own hiring documents during the onboarding process ? if applicable, please support me with the answers.

During the Onboarding process, New hires can upload hiring documents in both data collection steps (Personal & Onboarding/Additional).If both steps have been completed, New hires can update their hiring documents either by declining the Signature step (data collection steps will appear again and any data/document correction will be available) or via the contact of their HR rep/Manager/Buddy (Home Page > Your Onboarding Guide Card > Know your key people to meet) to reach out the hiring team or Onboarding participants with the correspoding permissions to do the hiring documents update.

Are these menus part of onboarding? or are these part of Pre-Day 1?

I've been trying to add an upload button to my PDF form so when I map tokens for the Employee Name, Signature and Date the candidate can upload documents. Turns out this is not compatible with SAP from speaking with sap. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi! "I've been trying to add an upload button to my PDF form so when I map tokens for the Employee Name, Signature and Date the candidate can upload documents." that's not allowed by Onboarding (OBX/ONB2.0). What you can adapt or take advantage of, for your requirement, are the Onboarding steps 'Personal & Onboarding/Additional' with attachment fields configured to request the Onboardee to upload any document you require for the hire.
