ONB2.0 Reporting possibilities without EC

Good morning

In our project, we are introducing the ONB2.0 module without EC. There is an interface to an external HRIS. However, we would like to retrieve the data already after the step review new hire of the Hiring Manager and integrate it via interface into SAP. However, the ODAta query does not work like. The onboardee is not in status ready to hire. Does anyone have experience with such a project? Many thanks for your feedbacks

Hello there,

Onboarding uses the same platform as EC. Because of that you must use what we are referring to as "EC Mini Master". This will allow you to have the needed elements required for Onboarding to run. There are no EC licensening requirements. You will need to turn EC on in Provisioning. Please follow steps in the Onboarding Implementation Guide.
