ONB: Not able to see the Time management info for Onboardee/inactive Employee

Hi, 

we hired people through ONB, Manage pending hire, they are still inactive employee as their hire date are in the future. but we need to modify the time off data and Time sheet before their arrival.

we modify the As of date in the future (so on their hiring date or later), we go to the Time Management Block and we have  see this (see screen shot 1):

Time Sheet

You are not authorized to access time sheet data or the user does not exist.

Upcoming Time Off

You are not authorized to view time off data.

When we add employee through "add mew employee" and even if their hire date is in the future, we are able to display and modify their Time info. 

we checked the RBP and everything looks ok, so we are not able to fix the issue.

Any advice on this please?

hi @CarstenKo93, no solution, I even opened a ticket but SAP told us it was the way the solution worked, No time information for the onboardee till he is not an actual Employee..
