ONB attachments for different user groups

Dear all,

My customer wants to add specific attachments to the Onboarding welcome message. They should be devided by country and business stream. Does someone know how to set up the business rule properly? It only works with an Always true rule so that every Onboardee receives the attachment but as the business stream and country value refer to job information in the employee profile (which, of course, an Onboardee doesn't have yet), I don't find a way to set it up. I can't choose the business stream or country from the job req nor does it work for me with the Manager's country/business stream. Or do I have to set up different welcome messages to make it work?

Hi Rajeshwar,

thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, this isn't about the download of a document in Manage Documents, I need the document to be sent out to Onboardees from different countries via ONB Welcome Message notification. This can only be setup via business rules, I suppose.

There is an option to extract the attachment documents via Manage Documents with Location wise.

Check this could be helps you.
