[ONB 2.0] Review offboarding information page keeps loading

Hello,

I need some help with an Offboarding issue:

When I Login to my Instance and I make Proxy as HM user to access the Review Offboarding information tile to complete the Terminated user activity, this page keeps loading.

According to this SAP note (2983438) The Hiring Manager role needs some RBP configuration:

• Check the RBP role Hiring manager user is part of and make sure below permission is granted. Onboarding 2.0 or Offboarding 2.0 Admin Object Permissions-> ONB2OffboardingActivitiesConfig.
  
  1. Target Population to "Exclude Granted User from having the permission access to him/herself" should ne disabled.
  2. Target Population selected with option "Include access to Granted User (Self)" should be enabled.

After making this changes I get the same error.

Does anyone know how to proceed?

i also used the KBA 2983438 and the error is still there too.

Were you able to fix the error? If so, what did you do?
