Onb 2.0 Knowledge Transfer Plan Assigned to field is blank

Hello,

In the offboarding dashboard Manager can see the create knowledge transfer plan as a task.

However, when Manager start the task and click on add task he can see the below fields

1. Knowledge Transfer task title

2. Completed by

3. Assigned to

4.Note to participants

He cannot search anyone in the Assigned to field it is blank .Manager is assigned to responsible group as well.

Please help
