ONB 1.0 User (Onboardee) Migration

Hello Experts!

Just wondering if you can shed some light if it's possible to migrate/copy the Onboardee from one Instance to another? This includes the current Onboarding process/step. Our client is exploring the possibility of separating from their Parent company and this is one of the consideration.

i would recommend to raise a SAP ticket, if its feasible via the instance refresh and delete all other company data

to specifically write script for migrating individual employees would be difficult.
