ONB 1.0 How to trigger correct state tax form

We have not made many changes to our set up since implementation, and now we have a need to add another state tax form for our new hires. We have been strictly in NC, but now we are hiring outside the state for remote work. What do I need to do to trigger the correct state form based on the work state? NC automatically comes up in the NES step.
