On-Prem Enable Now and SQL Always On

Has anybody managed to connect Enable Now to a SQL Always-On DB using SQL listeners?

I'm trying to find out whether this is supported but have come up short so far, there's nothing in the support documents whether the MULTISUBNETFAILOVER paramet is supported.

Has anybody managed this or has a direct connection been used in all cases?
