Requirement from client for IgnoreDuplicate :
A person never existed in SF. He is present in Global View(legacy SAP), terminated there.
Termination record never migrated to SuccessFactors. He should be hired in SF with old global Id as person Id external and new user Id(generated using Odata API) in SuccessFactors for hire event
This is not rehire with new employment- This is new hire in SuccessFactors but with old pernr and new user id with no termination record
Technically it is not possible to do it using API upsert operations. Can you please guide us here.
