Old Employee Status field label is displaying Picklist ID instead of Picklist Label

Notice in Job info Portlet that Previous Employee Status Label is not displayed correctly, instead it's displaying the picklist ID (OptionID)

Go in Job Info > Edit last record > Notice the previous value under Employee Status

i've opened ticket 943136/2023  but still don't have confirmation from sap that is a known issue or it will be fixed before the prod release date, so feel free to open a ticket on your side and share the ticket number on these thread to get product management attention.
