Olá time de CS,A carga no PMGM (EP) para inativar colaboradores não teve êxito. Qual o roteiro?

Ontem 23/12/24, subi uma carga no PMGM (uso o EP) para inativar colaboradores desligados e recebi o resultado que nada foi feito e várias inconsistências com a seguir:

Company: rmixcomerc.

File has been processed: Carga.csv

Total user count in the import file: 142 1.New users created

  ->Active users: Success: 8; Fail: 2.

  ->Inactive users: Success: 0, Fail: 0.

Note: The number of active and inactive users who are created.

2.Users updated: Success: 129; Fail: 3.

2.1.Users updated with the following status changes:

  ->Active users change to inactive users: Success: 0; Fail: 0.

  ->Inactive users change to active users: Success: 0; Fail: 0.

  ->Purged users change to active users: Success: 0; Fail: 0.

Note: The number of active and inactive users whose status is changed.

2.2.Users with manager changed: Success: 6; Fail: 0.

The manager of the user 22163:"MARCOS SEVERO" has been changed to new manager LUIZ CLAUDIO BELO DA ROCHA.

The manager of the user 22207:"DARLAN SILVA" has been changed to new manager LUIZ CLAUDIO BELO DA ROCHA.

The manager of the user 22209:"MARCUS SANTOS" has been changed to new manager JAILSON CERQUEIRA DE SANTANA.

The manager of the user 22214:"EDIELSON SANTOS" has been changed to new manager HERBERT PEREIRA DE FREITAS.

The manager of the user 22225:"ARIEL SANTO" has been changed to new manager LUIZ CLAUDIO BELO DA ROCHA.

The manager of the user 22254:"REYNAN FIRMO" has been changed to new manager LUIZ CLAUDIO BELO DA ROCHA.

Note: The number of active and inactive users whose managers are changed.

Note: Please refer to the document transfer email notification for details of the document transfer.

2.3.Users updated without status changed: Success: 129, Fail: 3.

Note: The number of active and inactive users whose data records are changed without status change.

3.Other import failures: 0

Note: This category is for exceptional cases. For example, if you create or update external users, their data records will not be changed.

Errors:

1.The following users were not imported or updated because the username already exists in the system. To check details of the duplicated user, please go to Admin Center > Company Settings > Check Tool > User Management > User Information > The username exists in the system:

Tenho outra carga para subir com os afastados e não sei se vai ser bem sucedida.
