Offer Letter Template Changes Not Reflecting After Save (1H 2025 Release)

Hi Team,

After the 1H 2025 SuccessFactors release, we are experiencing an issue where:

• Edits made to Recruiting Offer Letter Templates appear to save successfully.

• However, the saved content does not reflect when previewing or generating the offer letter.

• This occurs even when changes are visible in the template editor right after saving.

If this is an error related to the release, then my suggestion is to check the main KBA where the known issues for 1H 2025 release are reported, updated by the Product Support Team on a regular basis:

In case your issue is not listed in any of the topics of this KBA, then please consider create a Product support ticket, attaching a documentation with the steps performed and its evidences, comparing if possible a scenario that is OK in Production, where the release is not available yet, and the scenario where the issue occurs in your Preview instance. This will speed up the analysis and response time of PS Team.
