Offer letter generation using HCM Process and Forms

Hi,

Currently we are working on a Standalone E-Recruiting Model, EHP 7.

We have a requirement to generate offer letters for candidates. We also have HCM Process & forms implemented in another instance with HCM.

My query is can we generate offer letters for candidates in HCM & Process forms prior to data transfer action of New employees ?

To be specific, for candidate data which is in E-RECRUITING box, how to generate Offer letters in HCM Process & forms which is in HCM ECC system.

Recruiter will select the candidate assinged to the requisition and click on a link in the activity, which should be able to start the HCM Process & forms for offer letter generation. Can we use the standard integration available or should any exclusive XI interface shoudl be used to call the HCM P&F application ?

Once called, the form will be sent to different approvers and finally generated. The offer form will open with the candidate details filled by default, where key inputs on salary will be selected and submitted to next levels for approval.Upon final approval, the PDF version of the offer letter will be attached and sent via email to the candidate from EREC system.

Hi Paul,

You can only use Adobe forms for data overviews - the correspondences are not supported so far.
