Offer letter background image

Is it possible to add a background image to the offer letter?

The client has a current template with 17 pages and all pages have a background image with text in front.

If the background image was added unintentionally, it was most likely added in the <source> or image section of the offer letter template. You can go to the Manage Offer Letter Templates and check the image via the image icon or the <source> tab.

If your question is whether it is supported, it currently is not. Adding images are acceptable but setting them as background is not.

In this KBA (3107421) I understood that in the online offer letter it is not possible to change the background.

But my doubt is whether it is possible to have a background image in the offer letter in PDF or word?
