Offboarding custom task completion email notification

Hi experts,

We need the system to trigger email notifications to respective HRBP when the offboardee completes the Exit Interview (custom task) during the offboarding process.

We have referred to this blogpost https://community.sap.com/t5/human-capital-management-blog-posts-by-members/completion-trigger-email... which show the steps, but upon testing, I noticed the rule is not triggered at all even though it is placed under the Save category of the MDF custom task.

Anyone has experience doing this? Would appreciate an input.

Hi Gopinath, I have resolved the issue. The solution to this is to follow the steps at the section "Trigger Home Page Card for Custom Task" in the same blogpost, but add the email receiver in the "CC" section of the workflow as well so that both Homepage Card alert and receive the email alert at the same time.
