Offboarding 2.0 process not starting after termination

Hello,

I've terminated an employee in EC, but no offboardee is showing on the dashboard neither manager review was triggered.

- The business rule to review the offboardee data is correctly configured (both on the manager side and the employee);

- Termination event Business rule also has some of the termination event reasons, and they match the business rule to initiate offboarding;

- Termination event business rule is saved on Manage business configuration as "onPostSave";

- No pending request show for workflows (when I terminated also didn't warn that we had any workflow created related to termination);

- I've checked in provisioning and offboarding is activated;

- Also done the update on the "Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding".

Note that I've terminated a few employees a few weeks ago.

Can someone give any more suggestions on why offboarding is not starting?

Hello Gopinath,

I went there, and I can see some information related to the terminations I did in july, but in august there's no information.

Should I do anything else there?
