Our client has implemented Offboarding 2.0.
Currently, when an employee who has completed the offboarding process is inactivated in the system (termination date arrives), the employee disappears from the Offboarding Dashboard.
We know that we can have a history of the offboarding process from the Manage Data. However, is it possible that the employee does not disappear from the offboarding dashboard, once he/she has been inactivated in the system?
This solution is more user-friendly than manage data. Is it possible?

I have a suggestion only (without any detailed analyes of this issue): You have to create a custom task (ex. end of termination). The user has to complete this task bason on his/here decision and on good time. Until execution of this task the offboarding case is infinished and visible on offboarding dashboard. I applied this solution at my client regarding to the dismissal ticket completion. (The dismissal ticket - it was a paper document earlier - contains more than 20 custom task items)
