Off cycle event batch - filter field - Successfactors

Hi all,

When going to Off cycle event batch and choosing Employment Details I do not see the standard field "seniority" as a filter.

Would you know if this is possible to add it? Why all standard fields of a supported entity are not displayed?

In fact the technical field name I cannot see there for Empl Details is "originalStartDate". The question is to know if this is possible to add fields to the filter
