OFB Custom Task unavailable in Task list

Dear community,

We created a custom task to collect assets from offboardee using an MDF object.

However after successfully creating the new object under Onboarding & Offboarding tasks -> Manage Custom Tasks and ensuring that MDF permissions are correctly assigned... we are still unable to see the new custom task in Offboarding task list.

Unable to find the custom task in OFB task list:

Any idea what did we miss?

Is access granted to the (custom) task object? As that doesn't show in the email.

Thanks all for your valuable input.

One of the reasons that the task was not visible was security and also instead of MDF object picklist... I tried to use picklist center. Also, the custom task does not appear in the list... it has to be named in the custom task that would show the task in the proposal.

Following the steps in the blog I am now able to view the task.

Thanks for reply and sap note... however it is about process step, my issue is about custom task.

In this case we followed sap note 3386846-Creating Custom Tasks-Onboarding and blog

... but at the end the task is unavailable under Offboarding Tasks.
