Obtaining completed learning items from LMS and keeping them in client database via LMS API

Hi Everyone,

My client wants to extract data from LMS and put them into client database which is a third part system via LMS API. Data like User detail who completed the Item and also the Item details including Certificates need to be extracted.

1. Can you please suggest which LMS API to use? LearningHistory?

2. Will this be done via CPI? If so then which information is required by CPI from LMS?

3. Step by step guide on the entire process.
