How do I ensure notifications are configured properly in a Cloud system?

Hi Robert, please go from the Manager to: Administration/ Server Settings / and check your settings under "Notification". Maybe some needed are set to "Never".

Hi Robert,

have you checked the settings in Michael's comment? You can test the notifications yourself if you send a message out to yourself in the Manager > Administration > Messages.
