Notification to HR when an internal candidate is Crossboarded

Hello All,

I received a new requirement from a client, they want an email notification or workflow trigger delivered to HR when an internal candidate completes the cross-boarding process and is hired for another position in the firm.

There are no cross-boarding or onboarding standard email templates that notify HR when an internal candidate is cross-boarded.

Could you kindly let me know if there is a functionality which will send an email notification to HR during the candidate cross-boarding process?
