Dear All,
I'm looking for a solution for my client, as he would like to have a tile in EC dedicated to a monthly newsletter (and this is not a problem) as you can easily customize it in "Manage Home Page". The solution I would like to find for him (I don't know if possible) is to push a notification to all the users whenever a change is made in this tile, saying that a new release came out.
I know that it is not possible to tie a new object to a custom tile so I would like to know from you Experts how can I configure something like this in EC.
I would be grateful if any of you can suggest me the steps I can take to deliver the configuration.

Dear Cristian,
I beleive there is no standard solution to this but you can follow the steps to configure the Custom tile and then for sending email notification - you can create an MDF object to update the date for the launch of custom tile and the user must update the date each time they launch a custom tile in the custom MDF and this will trigger post save rule on the MDF object and this shall be linked to business rule for MDF alert.

Dear Bhabagrahi,
I was able to configure an alert notification thanks to these steps:
-Creation of a new Object with the field set on Date
-Configuring the object in the UI
-Creating a new workflow (later on set the rule on Post Save rule)
-Creating a new Alert message
-Created a Rule and tied it to the Alert message
Now, everything works fine and the email notification is sent out, however, the client would like to have this scenario as an alternative, and would like to have the information that something is published receiving on the bell icon (I attached the screenshot).
Can you suggest how to send the notification to the bell?

Thanks glad you were able to configure this. Regarding the Notification bell icon we can only switch on/off notifications through the Admin center - Notification configuration, but unfortunately new notifications cannot be created due to system limitations. however, you may raise a ticket to Successfactors to double check on any other options.
