notification emails templates

Hi Community!

Is there a way to change the templates provided by SF regarding notification emails that users get when they are being reminded about a course? We tried deleting some of the attributes from the loops in the template and that worked fine, but it seems like we cannot add any text to the original template or include possibly a link to the course for example... Any idea about how to solve this?

You can absolutely change the text in notifications. Are you using the Launch Editor, or changing the legacy text area?

Modifying notification email templates provided by SF (Salesforce?) may have limitations. You could consider creating custom notification emails outside of the system with the desired content and links, and then triggering those emails using automation rules or workflows within your platform.
